About Copper City Chimney

We sweep and inspect chimneys, clean dryer vents and clean air ducts across Butte, Anaconda and Deer Lodge. That is the whole list. We are not a general contractor and we do not sell appliances, which means nothing we recommend is pointed at a second invoice.

The pricing rule is simple: you get a firm number before work starts, and that number is what appears on the invoice. If we open something up and find a genuine surprise, we stop and talk to you rather than continuing and adding it at the end.

What we will talk you out of

• Sweeping a flue that does not need it this year
• Duct cleaning on a modern system with no remodel, fire or purchase behind it
• Sanitiser fogging, which we do not sell at all
• Repairs quoted from a photograph rather than from a camera in your flue

How we handle findings

Every inspection produces photographs and a short written summary. You keep both. They are useful at insurance renewal, useful if you sell, and useful for comparing against next year rather than relying on anyone's memory.
